DEV-JOURNAL OF INFORMATION SCIENCE THEORY AND PRACTICEapplies the CC BY license regarding the reuse of research articles, and the terms and conditions of the license are as follows.

Under the CC BY license that DEV-JOURNAL OF INFORMATION SCIENCE THEORY AND PRACTICE applies, users are permitted to freely reuse the journal’s articles. DEV-JOURNAL OF INFORMATION SCIENCE THEORY AND PRACTICE requires fees for manuscript review and publication.

The following fees apply: membership fees, peer review fees, and publication fees.

1. Membership Fees

A one-time registration fee and annual membership fee are required for manuscript submission:

    - Subscription Fee : ₩10,000 / $7.18

    - Annual Fee : ₩50,000 / $35.9

    - Student Fee : ₩30,000 / $21.54

    - Lifetime Membership Fee : ₩200,000 / $143.61

    - Fee : ₩10,000 / $10

2. Peer Review Fees

A peer review fee is required upon manuscript submission:

    - Examination Fee(General Article) : ₩100,000 / $71.81

    - Examination Fee(Fast Track) : ₩240,000 / $171.57

3. Publication Fees

For manuscripts accepted for publication, the following fees apply:

    - Standard Publication Fee: ₩500,000 / $143.61 (1-8 pages)

    - Additional Page Charges:

      - Pages 9 - 15 : ₩30,000 / $21.54 per page

      - Pages 16 - 9999 : ₩40,000 / $28.72 per page

  - Acknowledgment Fee: ₩150,000 / $107.71

Fee Waivers and Discounts:

      · Not Fast Track : ₩300,000 / $215.43 discount on publication fees

      · Student Member : Full waiver of publication fee

** The acknowledgment fee is included in the standard publication fee.

All fees are determined based on operating costs, including Labor costs, Peer review costs, Publication costs, Thesis hosting and distribution costs, System Utilization costs, Other costs.
