초록

학술 출판 시장의 상업화에 따른 구독비용의 지속적 증가는 학술 커뮤니티에 오픈액세스에 대한 관심과 전환을 추진하게 하는 계기가 되었고, 최근의 학술정보 유통 플랫폼의 글로벌 흐름은 오픈액세스를 기반으로 한 학술 출판뿐만 아니라 유통까지도 확산시켜야 한다는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문을 통하여 오픈액세스 출판의 표준요소, 개방형 동료평가, 심사인정 서비스 등을 지원하기 위한 학술논문 투고심사시스템의 설계방안을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The continuous increase in subscription costs due to the commercialization of the academic publishing market has become an opportunity to promote interest in and conversion to open access in the academic community, and the recent global trend of academic information distribution platforms has expanded beyond open access-based academic publishing. We are moving in the direction of expanding distribution as well. Accordingly, this paper presented a design plan for an academic paper submission review system to support standard elements of open access publishing, open peer review, and review recognition services.
